Hello, kind humans! It is time for me to tell you about my blood sugar readings. I will tell you about them and then I will tell you about the adventures Koji is having.
For the week, my blood sugar readings averaged 191. That is better than the 225 we saw the week before. We did not change the insulin dosing but it appears that the increase in dosing the white coated humans told us to do is having an effect. In addition, the human has reduced the amount of noms I consume.
You see, when the human was giving us two cans in the morning and night, we had a lot of leftovers. Now the human gives us one and a half cans twice a day. Now we do not waste as much noms and it also seems to have reduced my blood sugar readings.
But I do not know for sure if this is what is going on. It does not matter. The human will continue to work hard to keep my blood sugar readings under control. Hopefully, the next time I visit the white coated humans, the blood tests will show that my blood sugar levels are well managed!
Now on to Koji and his adventures. Koji has been going to work with the human. He goes to The Cat Cafe every day. And he tells me that the human is doing some work there. Koji just observes, because he sees the human get very dirty and sweaty when he does that work.
Koji also gets to see our sisfur Jacey. Jacey is very happy at The Cat Cafe, and she gets lots of humans talking about how she is a very nice feline. Koji has learned to respect her, and he does not chase her around too much. I am hopeful that this means we may be able to bring my sisfur home soon!
I will tell you about my blood sugar readings next Monday. Until then, I hope you enjoy your week!
